At first this book can appear as a depressing read, full of complaints about the meaninglessness and monotony of life. But Ecclesiastes is relevant to every generation as it looks at the meaning of such things as work, pleasure, and facing the future. Solomon’s wisdom helps us discover how God brings meaning into our world and how following Him brings meaning into our life.
